Meet Mehmet Kiper

Welcome to KiperArts! I'm Mehmet Kiper, but most people know me as just Kiper. I’ve lived in the picturesque village of Üzümlü in Fethiye, Turkey, with my beloved wife Suna, for many years. At 76, life has taken me on many journeys, but art has always been my constant companion.

 

I’ve worked with various materials—wood, metal, and anything else that speaks to me. My hands have crafted sculptures, window displays, and artworks that reflect my deep connection to humanity, nature, and life. Though I’m not one for the digital world, a dear friend convinced me to share my work here. Art, for me, isn’t just about creating—it’s about sharing a perspective, a moment, a feeling.

 

This space is more than just a gallery; it’s a glimpse into my world. While I’m open to selling my pieces or taking commissions, my true aim is to connect with people who appreciate art that has a story, a voice, and a soul.
